eiM offers customers the ability to make bookings at selected restaurants. Once a booking has been confirmed, eiM will issue you with an instant confirmation E-mail & Booking ID Number. eiM logo will be attached in the confirmation Email. Only then your booking is confirmed.


eiM is a complimentary booking service. The site is 100% free for customers use. The only payment required is to pay for your meal when you have finished your dining experience. 

Booking Confirmation Number:

A unique booking confirmation number will be generated when your booking is made. This is not required to be shown at the restaurant but if you have any booking enquires or issues please include this number in any correspondence you may have via email.

To Amend a Booking:

To make changes to your reservation (date, time, party size) please contact the restaurant at least 2 hours prior to the booking time. Changes will be subject to the restaurants availability and the restaurant has the right to cancel the discount offered if the booking is changed to a peak time. If you arrive at the restaurant with a larger party size then originally specified the restaurant has the option to cancel and turn away your booking.

Cancellations of booking:

Permitted cancellations may be made at least 2 hours prior to your reservation time. Cancellations can be made via the confirmation Email or in your eiM account.

Restaurant No Shows:

Failing to cancel a reservation which you do not plan to attend (“no-show”) will result in your account being suspended or terminated from the eiM website for a certain period.

Late Arrivals:

Please arrive at-least 10 minutes in advance of the scheduled reservation time. The restaurant reserves the right to cancel your booking and allocate your table to other guests if you have not arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled seating time (ie. 15 minutes late.)

Meal Durations:

The restaurant will allow you to dine at the table for what is deemed a fair period of time for a dining duration.

Personal Information:

To use the eiM service we will need to capture some personal details to be passed on with the reservation. All personal information is kept secure and private. Only the required details (name, phone number) are passed on to the restaurant to facilitate the booking.

Service Termination:

If eiM feels that you are misusing the booking service we hold the right to suspend or cancel you account at any stage.

Liability Limitations:

eiM shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising from the use of eiM’s services, including, but not limited to loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind whether based in contract, tort or otherwise. eiM is not an agent of nor is connected with any affiliated restaurant in which a user has made a reservation, aside from the services provided through eiM. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law we exclude all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on any content available from the Service. You bear the entire risk of the completeness, accuracy or usefulness of any content accessed on our Service.

Privacy Policy:

Emails relating to fulfilment of your booking will be sent to you by eiM at the time of booking and we may use your personal information for that purpose. Users will also receive marketing material from eiM from time to time. Any communications specifically relating to the reservation cannot unsubscribe from.
